Change of mind and exchangesIf you've had a change of mind about your purchase, you can return it to us IN STORE within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Received damaged goodsIf you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are returning an item that is not faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are returning a faulty item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.Warranty claimsIf you believe your item is faulty and is still under warranty, please contact us. Depending on the item, we might arrange for a repair, replacement or refund. Sometimes this is handled by our suppliers, so we will need to liaise with them on your behalf.
